Our Story
TrueNorth was born from a simple but urgent observation: today's leaders and professionals are navigating more complexity, pressure, and uncertainty than ever before. Questions such as “How do I get ahead?” and “How do I manage my team?” have been replaced by deeper ones. How do I grow without losing who I am? How do I lead with humanity while still delivering results?
We founded TrueNorth to answer those questions. It was built by three ICF credentialed coaches with more than 5,000 hours of practice between them, leaders who spent years in senior corporate roles across Egypt and the Middle East before training as accredited executive coaches. That means practical business leadership and the depth of professional coaching practice, in the same room.
We are not a training vendor. We are a partner in growth, creating journeys together that meet people where they are and help them get where they need to go.
